PDFZova uses Google Analytics to see which tools are used and improve the site. It records page visits and device information only — never your PDF files, their contents, file names, or passwords. Accept or reject: the site works fully either way.

Privacy

This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to a server, never stored by PDFZova, and never shared with anyone. Closing the tab discards them. The only exception is if a future tool is explicitly labelled as server-processed — this tool is not one of those.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a certified digital signature?

No. It places an image of your signature on the page, like signing on paper. It does not add cryptographic certification.

Where is my saved signature kept?

Only in this browser on your device. It is never uploaded to PDFZova or anyone else. Use “Remove saved signature” to delete it.

Can I sign on my phone?

The page is designed to work on a phone: tap to browse for your file, and the drawing pad uses pointer input. Very large files process more slowly on phones.

Can I put the signature on one page only?

Yes. Choose “This page” for a single page, “Last page” for the final page, or “All pages” if it belongs everywhere.

Can I use a scanned image of my signature?

Yes. Choose “Upload image” and pick a photo or scan of your signature, then place and size it like any other signature.

About Sign PDF

Forms, approvals and contracts often just need your signature on the page. Sign PDF lets you draw a signature on the pad or type one, then place it on the page at the position and width you choose. The signature is embedded as an image into the document; it is not a certified digital signature, so it does not carry cryptographic proof of signing.

Input
One PDF file (.pdf), up to 50 MB
Output
A single PDF (.pdf) with your signature embedded as an image
File limit
50 MB per file. Processing runs entirely in your browser — files never leave your device.

What kind of signature this is

Sign PDF places an image of your signature on the page, like signing on paper. It does not add cryptographic certification, so it is not a certified or qualified digital signature. For everyday forms, approvals, and returns that simply need your signature on the page, that is exactly what is needed; if a recipient specifically requires a certified signature, this tool is not the right one for that document.

Draw, Type or Upload

Draw your signature on the pad, type it, or upload an image of a signature you have already scanned or photographed. Click the page preview to place it, drag it to move it, and set its size and whether it appears on this page, all pages, or the last page. You can also save a signature on this device only, so it is ready next time, and delete it at any point with “Remove saved signature”.

Signing on your phone

The page is designed to work on a phone: tap to browse for your file, and the drawing pad uses pointer input, so it responds to touch as well as a mouse. Very large files process more slowly on phones, so for a long document, signing on a larger screen is the more comfortable option. Whatever device you use, check the signed page in the preview before downloading, so the signature sits exactly where it should.
